Who We Are

Hot Meat Grills and associated products are designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely at our manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, PA using only domestically sourced materials. We are proud to hire and work with students from our local trade and technical schools to help teach the next generation about manufacturing and promote the importance of skilled craftsman’s jobs. Our parent company Brey-Krause Mfg. Co. has been in operation since 1909 and operated by the same family since the mid 1930’s. We at Hot Meat Grills are very proud to keep the American Manufacturing Dream alive, and continue to teach the future generation about not only manufacturing’s importance for our country but the joy and pride that comes with creation. From raw materials to finished product.



Our Idea

The design came from Argentinian Parilla style grills. Utilizing the raw wood or lump charcoal gives you a more challenging but rewarding way to add that wood burning char flavor we all love. While we appreciate and respect the Parilla style grills, we looked at how we could improve the design and adapt it to multiple different methods of cooking.



What We Make

Our goal with Hot Meat Grills is to create an all-in-one modular grill. The unique variety of grates, griddles, and racks allows you to setup the grill however you need to get a perfect controllable cooking surface. Due to the style in which you move the coals, different heat zones can be created on the same cook surface. Use the left side “log box” to cook on skewers or utilize the full heat of the fire. The right-side cooking area allows you to pull hot coals from the log box to perfect your temperatures and cooking surface. The variety of rack style grates and griddles can be used at two different heights in a variety of configurations to achieve virtually any result.
